Punk legends Sham 69 are playing a special show at The Standard next Thursday, 17 February. The gig is part of a Club Bus Wind night, with support coming from The Anoracks.
Sham 69 are a band from the original London punk scene back in the 70s, and they’re still going strong. This show is part of their “Who Killed Joe Public?” tour and promises to be a cracker. They might have been around for a while but they’re still punk as anything and tear it up live.
Tickets are a mere £7 – seven quid to see a killer show on your doorstep! Check out the band’s website if you want to know more about them. In fact, this video should tell you all you need to know – Stow Scene favourite ‘Borstal Breakout’ from Reading Festival ’78. Ready? 1-2-3-4!!!
