Walthamstow Scene is a blog about music, culture and community issues in and around Walthamstow, London. The blog started in November 2010 and is written and edited by Nick Bason.
Walthamstow Scene aims to create a buzz about events, gigs, politics, exhibitions and shows in E17. If you’ve got something you think other people in E17 will be interested in, drop us a line via the ‘Contact Us’ page!
We try and feature as much as we can on the website. This blog isn’t here to tell you what to like or what to think – it’s about letting you know what’s going on in E17, and how to get involved in it. Of course Walthamstow isn’t perfect, nowhere is. But there is a lot happening locally, and an area can only thrive if people feel a part of the community. Hopefully, we can contribute in a tiny way to that. Even if we can’t, we can at least tell you about some awesome gigs happening right on your doorstep.
