As mentioned in our look ahead to 2011, The Stow are playing in Islington on Wednesday 12 January.
The show is part of Close Up at the Old Queens Head on Essex Road, near Angel. A very fine pub it is too, if we may say so. The line-up for the evening also features G.R.E.Ed.S, The Remedies, The Cardinals and Natalie Fiawoo. Tickets are £5 in advance or £7 on the door.
The Stow are a band to watch in 2011 so this should be a great night. The action kicks off at 7.30pm and goes on into the small hours. Yes, we know it’s a school night, but you’re only young once! More details are on the Facebook event page or on the Old Queens Head website.
